I could not find any post that had accurate bolt information. I saw someone said 100 or 90mm M10 x 1.5, but after buying the bolts, I found that they were all WAY too long for the Harbor Freight 1,000 lb engine stand. The correct size may differ a little depending on which holes you choose to use, but I found that 3 M10 x 1.5 70mm bolts worked well, and 1 M10 x 1.5 80mm. I checked how much room was left to screw in and those numbers were right on for my stand. I used two top holes on the transmission as Guapo suggested, and then two at the 9 o'clock and 3 o'clock position. The 3 o'clock was not threaded, so you'll also need 1 M10 x 1.5 nut, plus some M10 washers overrall to tighten everything up. Also, I lifted my JDM off my truck using chains. I replaced the bolts at the bottom of the brass bracket holding the plenum to the heads. I used 4 M8 x 1.25 40mm bolts. I would strongly recommend that you use 2 separate chains about 60" long, whereas I used 4 32" pieces. When you use 4 chains, you are very unlikely to equally load each bolt.
